Product is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. After this Duration the Expired product will no longer be accessible but it can be renewed from members area.

Can I try the Demo before purchasing your tests?

Are your updates free?
Yes, Updates are provided free of cost for 90 days from date of original product purchase. Once the product has expired (90 days have passed, without renewing) the product(s) will be removed from the Member's Area.
How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study materials to accurately reflect the Current Exams.
My Product had before a lot of questions but their number has decreased a lot after this update. What is the reason behind this?
Officialcerts.com always ensures that you study only the Questions that are necessary for Exam so Product Teams keeps of changing the Number of Questions in updates.
Do you offer Package Membership?
No, We no more offer package memberships, but the previous members are only allowed to continue their membership of 2500 exams, they can update your account paying annual maintenance fee every year which is $99.

How do I purchase the products?
All you need to do is choose the product, select them and add to cart. Them finally proceed to payment using any of the available Payment options.
How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me?
You can Access the Products right after purchase. Usually it takes no longer than several minutes.
I am not sure if my payment was successful or not?
You will receive a confirmatory E-mail from processing company I you credit card was charged successfully for the Exam Purchase.
The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?

I and my friend want to prepare same exam, can we use single account?
No, It is single user license. You have to purchase individual license to download products.
We need account for our company, is there any volume licensing scheme available?
Yes. For corporates, we offer volume membership. You will be provided multiple accounts or you can have single account with multiple user activation. Your IP flexibility will be activated so that multiple members can login at a time.
